ABOUT US
Founded in 1994, Union Plastic Corporation has manufactured HDPE and PVC liners for precast companies and wastewater projects worldwide. Leading production and supply, we lead in Taiwan's market, averaging 1.5 million sq ft of PVC liner annually over the last 10 years within the country. Through numerous opportunities and determination to expand into global markets, Union Plastics Corporation has supplied over 100 million sq ft of our PVC liners globally in the 25 years of UPC's existence.
We have decades of experience in supplying secondary lining materials. From our previous cases, we've provided lining for pipelines in the water sewage constructions of Central Taiwan Science Park and China Steel Corporation in Taiwan, as well as Australia, New Zealand, China, Singapore, and Malaysia. We assist our clients with our expertise, and supporting construction teams with training on liner use and welding procedures to meet standards and pass project specifications. This gives our clients the confidence, and trust in continued use of our liners, providing freedom or and flexibility to control time spent on-site, control over-usage of liner, supporting the demands of project goals and budgets.
Planning and Consulting
We have worked with project managers, construction managers, plant managers, and procurement staff to facilitate bids and educate how our products are utilized to meet construction goals.

Modern solution Concrete Protective Liner (CPL) delivering great anti-corrosion resistance against gas and chemical attacks on concrete structures. Low maintaence and high longevity.
